What to include

  • What you did — step by step
  • What happened — actual result, error messages, screenshots
  • What you expected — the correct behavior
  • A reproducer — minimal URL, command, or code snippet
  • Environment — browser, OS, container ID, Hoody plan
  • Timestamp (UTC) so we can find the event in logs
