If you've encountered content, a container, a domain, or an account on Hoody that violates our Acceptable Use policy, please let us know. We review every report.
What to report
- Phishing, credential-harvesting, or fraud
- Malware or ransomware distribution
- CSAM or any content that exploits children
- Spam campaigns or unsolicited bulk email
- Harassment, doxxing, or threats of violence
- Copyright or trademark infringement (DMCA)
- Active attacks on third-party infrastructure
How to report
Email abuse@hoody.com and include as much of the following as possible:
- The URL, container ID, or account handle involved
- Timestamp (UTC) of the incident
- A clear description of what happened
- Evidence (screenshots, email headers, log excerpts)
- Your contact information so we can follow up
For DMCA notices, follow the standard DMCA format and send to dmca@hoody.com.
Emergency?
For active CSAM, imminent harm, or ongoing attacks causing serious damage, mark your email as URGENT in the subject line. We action urgent cases within 4 hours, 24/7. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
